Electrical Control Panels with brand name of Delta Engineering Works ( DEW ) having CPRI certification of product for LT Panel from Bhopal ( 4000 A, 65 kA , for 1 second ) . We are leading manufacturers & suppliers of precision engineered electrical control, automation panels, distribution boards that are purely customized as per the specifications detailed by the client. Our varied experience in industry enables us to successfully conceptualize, design and develop these to meet the specific requirements of electrical projects.

M/s. Delta Engineering Works established in 2009 is engaged in Design, Manufacturing & Testing of all kind of Electrical Low Voltage Panel boards. The switchboards are designed in house by our professional team of engineers. The company also engages in all type of Fabrication works in M.S, G.I & S.S. We also manufacture cable trays / trunking – perforated type, ladder type, made out of M.S. Hot dip galvanized / powder coated or from pre-galvanized sheets.

We also have the services of experienced industrial designers & engineers who assist us in meeting the designing, supplying and installation demands of electrical panels, boards and allied equipment used in the power industry. Our expertise in custom manufacturing and designing the panels in specified finishes has helped us to make many quality conscious clients in the domestic markets.

  • Our Panel enclosures are fabricated with NC Shearing & NC Press Brake machines with CRCA sheets having following thickness :
    • Body Frames, Load bearing members & large doors: 2.0mm
    • Partitions: 1.6mm
    • Doors, back & side coves. : 1.6mm
    • Gland plate: 2/3mm
    • Base Channel: 75x5 mm
  • Welding of fabricated sheet is carried out by CO2 welding machines. Gaskets of good quality is used on all four sides of the door to avoid atmospheric effect & restrict dust & vermin.
  • Our Panels are dust and vermin proof, front operated, floor mounting, free-standing compartmentalized, modular type extensible on both side & double front operated. All hardware used is Zinc Plated with yellow passivation.

  • Powder Coating :

    The fabricated panels undergo under-go 13 tanks pre-treatment process confirming to IS-6005 standards. Pretreated material is thereafter powder coated with epoxy polyester powder in structured (RAL 7032) shade.

  • Bus Bars :

    The Aluminum & copper Bus bars used are of EC9IE electrolytic grade & the cross sectional area is confirmed after calculations considering the de-rating factors. All the bus bars are installed on SMC supports or epoxy cast insulators. . The bus bars are insulated with PVC heat shrinkable sleeves of relevant colors. Earth bus bar with size calculated as per the earth fault is run throughout the panel & earth connectivity is maintained with every door with suitable earth conductors.

  • Wiring :

    Wiring is carried out by qualified & experienced wiremen & electricians. Proper use of tools & techniques are employed for wiring. The wires selected are as per the ratings & as per the specifications. The wires are terminated in the switchgear / terminals with proper copper tinned lugs through proper channels duly bunched & marked with ferrules for easy identification. Only reputed makes of wires, cables like Finloex, RR, Polycab, with superior grade of current carrying capacities & PVC insulations of higher level is used for control wiring & power cabling.
  • We manufacture cable trays, trunking, raceways made out of M.S. Hot dip galvanized / powder coated or from pregalvanized sheets of following types :

    1) Perforated type cable trays

    2) Ladder type cable trays

    3) Trunking, Raceways – Ceiling, Flooring

    4) Accessories – ‘C’ channels, ‘Z’ channels & various types of tray bends
